I met a guy on a dating app and we started messaging on Snapchat. He hasn’t asked any personal questions about me. Or at least trying to get to know me. But wants me to meet up with him later on today. I find that very weird.

Hmm that does sound kinda weird that he's not trying to get to know you at all before wanting to meet up. A few things could be going on:

- He might just be super casual and only looking for a hookup if he's not even asking basic questions. Wanting to meet right away without conversation is a red flag.

- Could be he's super shy and awkward at texting so wants to talk in person instead of getting to know you over messages first.

- Possibly he's just really impatient and eager to meet without putting in effort.

I'd say trust your gut - if he seems pushy and isn't taking the time to learn basics about you, he's probably only after one thing. Nothing wrong with keeping it casual, but you want to know what you're getting into.

Maybe try call him instead of text so you can get a feel for how he interacts. Or meet in a public spot first before going anywhere private. Always protect yourself till you feel sure about a guy's intentions, you know?

If he can't even be bothered asking a few questions to respect you as a person, he may not be worth your time. But calling could provide some more clues at least. Stay safe!
