He greeted me a few times before, he’s kinda extroverted so I don’t think he will find it difficult to maintain eye contact with people. It’s work environment, so I think eye contact is normal but he seems to avoid locking eyes with me suddenly, I didn’t make myself “I like him”, so he doesn’t have to prevent giving off the wrong vibes..
