So basically, I have this huge crush on this guy in my class and he knows, and recently he's been treating me much nicer than he does other people, and my friends tell me he stares at my chest sometimes. Maybe I'm being slow and not realizing it quick enough but, does he like me back? (by the way, I am trans, and he knows.)

If he knows now that you have a crush and like him then I'm pretty sure that is the reason he is acting nicer to you. I would say from the limited info that he does like you. Why not ask him to do something? Make it something one on one where you can talk and really feel out if he has the same feelings for you that you do him? I'm guessing he does. Good luck to you guys.
