A friend is a friend even from afar & although both of you have been out of touch for a year maybe he still cares about you or still has feelings for you.
He’s too attached to you and has a genuine interest in you wich can be good or bad depending on the type of person like he may get too much fixated and turn into a creep or he may give you his full attention and respect!!
