There can be several reasons why a guy might start smiling more at a girl he mistreated. It's essential to consider the context and the individual's motivations, which can vary from person to person. Some possible reasons include:
1. Remorse or guilt: He may feel bad about his past behavior and is trying to make amends.
2. Attraction: His feelings for the girl may have evolved, and he's now genuinely interested in getting to know her better.
3. Manipulation: It's possible that he's using smiles to manipulate or regain her trust without truly changing his behavior.
4. Social pressure: External influences or societal norms might be encouraging him to be more friendly or polite.
5. Apology or reconciliation: He may be using smiles as a way to initiate a conversation or apologize for his past actions.
It's essential for the girl to be cautious and assess the guy's actions and intentions to determine whether the change in behavior is genuine or if he's still mistreating her in subtler ways. Communication is key in such situations.
I agree retail etc don’t care about the workers. I never felt comfy to tell hr anything and I was bullied by men at work before. One of those bullies one day started acting nice or normal to me.
I don’t trust it. It’s probably more manipulation.
It's cause he knows you're a sucker foe him and he will get away with it. He knows you won't do anything about it because you want him.
I don’t want him
Then why are you thinking about him so much?
Because we go to school together and he’ll act rude at my job
One complaint filed to HR would make him shut up and leave you alone. Which you haven't done that, so that shows you have some kind of feelings for him.
Hr doesn’t care about the workers unless they are mentally challenged or disable
I been reported others to HR doesn’t care
🤣 🤣 I am not going to entertain this. You're obviously full of it. There's plenty of women who file reports on a guy because they think he is creepy and he's instantly removed or fired. It's obvious you think he's attractive and have some kind of feelings for him, but you don't want to admit.
It's very obvious you're full of it if you read your question. You're so indirect. You say "a girl he mistreated..." you avoid using "me" or "I" because you feel embarrassed that you like him. You just say a "girl" because you don't want to put yourself on the spot.
Just cut the BS and admit it.
I’m not making this stuff up. My job doesn’t give a fuck about my safety.. He racist towards people who are darker than him and I’m darker than him.
I been went to HR about a creepy guy and HR didn’t care. Fast food places don’t care about their workers.
My question is like that because my grammar sucks and I’m still learning grammar
