No, it does not have to mean that he likes you more than just a friend.

It could be because you said something, the way you behaved, the way you looked or anything that would be out of the ordinary about you that would lead him to talk about you to his twin brother.

Without knowing what he said about you and in which tone he said it to his brother, it is very difficult to know whether he has a crush on you or not.

However, if you know what he said or if it was a compliment or something positive about you, then you can reasonably assume that he may be interested in you.
