If you see them from a distance you notice their figure, if you are introduced or first see them close up, facing you then the face is what you see first. The first thing anyone notices about anyone else is looks. The face (including skin condition), the hair, the figure... And of course, the outfit. Now, if what we mean by "attraction" is the primal instinct, then what I just listed, along with the curviness, will be the answer to Your question. However, if we consider "attraction" to be more than this primal instinct, then I guess the figure and the outfit will be the first things to be noticed, along with the face and the skin condition, unless the latter are clearly disfigured by a terrible accident and not by genetics or lack of care, in which case they can be disregarded. While the figure, the skin condition and the outfit can tell a lot about what a person is like, they do not paint the whole picture. A perfectly fine woman going through a depressive episode (which is the proper reaction of human mind to the current state of the reality) might get a little overweight and might care a little less about her skin condition. And while a revealing outfit might be a red flag regarding the woman's personality and values, sometimes a woman might simply not be aware of what such an outfit tells about her and might be just following the current trends in fashion. Thus, the woman's values might make it to the list of the first things for a man to notice about a woman he's attracted to, as well.

Fashion is the first thing. Then face, body or hair in no order. Whatever we see first. Sometimes eyes if they have beautiful colored eyes like blue, green or hazel it kinda makes it hard to miss when you walk by them.

It really depends on the angle. If we're walking by each other on a hike or a mall or something then it's usually the face or body depending on which of those traits of hers is more attractive and attention grabbing. If I'm walking behind, it's usually the ass and her hair. I can usually tell how attractive a girl is based on her ass and hair.

- with my first girlfriend... it was her style and looks, as she walked through the classroom's doors first day of classes

- with my second girlfriend... it was the sound of her giggle/chuckle and a bit of her accent, I heard her before I ever saw her

I mean if it's real attraction if it's that person your person it's like you notice everything at once and it's sensory overload. If she's wearing open toe shoes you notice the color of her nail polish if she's wearing any at the same time you're noticing how her hair is being tucked behind your ear because she had just seen you and smiled at the same time. Men tend to describe overall appearance first. Eyes, sweet/cute face, pretty lips, etc. Then, they mention body parts like chest, butt, hips, etc. All in that order. Personality traits come next. To each their own. I immediately look at their feet. Not because I want to grab and start groping them. If I find flaws in their feet or I see them wearing shoes I do not loke, I use that as my immediate excluse to eliminate them from my memory so that I do not think about them again.
