Guy's Behavior

He turned off active status on facebook and messenger, but sometime turn it back on for a min or 2 .. is he watching me? Please read details. Thanks?

We met each other in 2015 and had great time together. His ex came back to him when we were really close. They were together again and he stop talking/texting to me so I decided to delete and block him. He had my number and never called. It was so hard for me not to call him and moved on.. however, I went through. Last year , I removed him ( not only him but also some others ) from block list and he added me back in July this year. He called a couple times ( messenger ) but I did not answer. He gave me his number but I did not keep it. Finally , he sent me messages through messenger and say he really wanted to talk. We finally talked for an hour and I let him know how those years I have been. Surprised me , he actually knows something happened to me and remembered things I said. He said he worried about me and miss me but I doubt about it because he did have my number and never called? I said thank you for that. Two weeks after the talking , I started thinking him more which is not good. I forced myself not going on FB and it lasted for 3 days and when I go on the 4th day , he turned off active status. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have seen a few times he turn it back on for a minute or 2 . What he does makes me feel like he watches me.. but may be I think too much? What you do say? I am wondering why he is doing this turn off thing … Please help me.. probably I should have added him back. I thought I completed over him but may be not. Thanks.
