What does mean "Russian job dream" nickname among men?

My best friend stopped talking to me because she found out that her boyfriend, some of his friends, and her brother have a group where they talk about some girls from college. They use some nicknames and codes to refer to some girls and some people. This is the nickname they used to refer to me, even her boyfriend used it to register my phone. She stopped talking to me, she's ridiculously upset about all of this and I don't even know what it means. Is it some kind of code between guys?

Girl... They refer to your breasts. In South America they refer to a "Tit Wank" with nationalities. In some countries it's Russia so they basically talk about how you're a "Dreamy Tit Wank" but it's spelled wrong on purpose so people like your friend don't figure it out. Don't ask how I know. I just know.

well no. I am not Russian and I have nothing to do with Russia either. The truth is that I don't have much context about things. She used his phone to call me once and i think she thought that he didn't have my number, then she saw that was the nickname that appeared in the contact but she didn't pay attention. Then she saw that he and his friends had a group chat where they talked about people from the university and had nicknames for everyone (she gave me all this context because she read all the messages but she didn't show me any, she just mentioned it ). Then we went to a party and in the middle of a drunken state when we were trying to take his little brother home he called me this way all the boys started laughing including his boyfriend and I just attributed it to the boy being drunk and talking nonsense. Suddenly she just stopped talking to me and when I asked her for explanations she told me that she didn't want to be involved with me anymore and that included her brother, her boyfriend and her group of friends.
