My guess would be they are jealous and feel a bit insecure about their sexual inexperience around you. Yes a lot of this all stems from sexual insecurity within themselves.

Another might be them thinking because you kissed so many that the act somehow loses meaning or that youd kiss anyone instead of reserving it for a special someone.

I don't know everything so I'm in no spot to speak with certainty but personally I believe you did with at least a high percentage of them because just picture it the other way around, let's say you were a woman that decided to keep herself inactive and clean for a special guy and you run into a guy that's touched or kissed over 100 people, that wouldn't even be fair to you that you've kept yourself clean for someone special and it's someone that's not even close and I'd completely understand if you wouldn't want too or be turned off by it, I believe the same goes here, normally the ones that don't care are the ones that just want to hookup most likely.
