Perhaps that you find yourself at the wrong places at the wrong moments or that you are looking for those places where people kiss in front of you.

and this one. I would almost assume that you are deliberately looking for such public places and people will obviously frown at you if you stop and watch them kiss. You should perhaps change your tactics and go to public places where people are not kissing, such as in cemeteries or perhaps the IRS office. They would be crying at best but then, you would probably ask us why are people crying when they see you, right?
