If you ignore me, then I just won't bother with you. Stop playing games, and just ask him out for a coffee. Nothing wrong with take the initiative regardless of gender.

The good and decent guys out there, will like and respect you more for it. Also you have to understand a lot of guys, are scared to ask girls out, they are scared of been rejected. So sometimes guys do test the waters as well, to see if you like them.

I personally don't believe in this approach, testing each other. people should just straight out ask the other person, lets go for a coffee.

If He doesn't like You, He'll ignore You as well. If He does like You, but can prioritize His life properly, He's at most going to be kind to You. If He does like You and gets carried away with His emotions easily, He's going to get either creepy or suicidal.
