Do girls fear rejection just as much as guys?

From one gender to the other, do girls think rejection as the same as what guys do? If not then what's so different on how girls perceive rejection when it comes to opposite sex. Do girls take it harder or they just shrug shoulders and move along?

No. Why? Women rarely if ever face rejection from the opposite sex. Hell women are rarely if ever told no.
