What do I do if someone keeps leaving me on delivered/seen?

I'm always the one double texting. First, he left me on seen for 3 days. I double texted on the third day. He responded right away saying he was busy. Second time, he left me on delivered. It's been a month. Should i double text again wishing him a happy holiday? I feel like he's not interested in talking to me though. Should I completely stop texting him? Or send him one last text saying "I'm no longer interested in talking to someone who's clearly not interested in me. It was nice getting to know you though. Have a good holiday"? Lol

He’s not interested. If you offered him sex he may jump for that. But as for a relationship, no he’s not interested. I don’t care how busy a man is. If he’s really into a girl he will make time. For one you’re just showing him that he has you wrapped around your finger. So if he said come over or call me you’d jump right away to do so. When I was younger I liked women like that. Cause if I wanted to get laid or a blowjob, even though I had t talk to them in a while I always knew they were very obedient. I knew who I could call for something like that, even if I said I just want to hang out. So he can leave you hanging like that because he knows you’re all twisted over him.
When I was stationed overseas, in a war zone. I always made it a point to wake up at 3 am just to talk to a girl back here on the states even if it meant 1-2 hours less sleep. The only reason I wouldn’t call is if we were out running patrols. So my advice, cut him lose.
