Well an incel is by definition misogynistic whether he is attractive or ugly cause being part of the incel movement implies hating women. Simply not having as much sex as you want doesn't make you an incel, because if it was I think virtually every man on earth even famous actors would be incels that is just biology. For men sex is like money, more is always better, for women (in my opinion) it is like food it needs to have the right flavor and too much even if it is good makes you uncomfortable.
