They both sometimes tend to have the same toxic mentality and personalities.
A misogynistic man is worse though because there are incels who aren't violent nor hate women, they just have very bad look getting a woman to have sex with them.
A misogynistic man actively dislikes and tries to belittle women or hold women down as less than which makes him a p. o. s. of a person.
