The Red Pill, is a reference to the movie the Matrix, where the main protagonist takes the Red Pill, which opens his eyes to the truth of reality.


The Red Pill is symbolic for the hard truth about reality.


Now, on the internet, the term Red Pill has been adopted by men who preach “the hard truth” about women.


They try to crack the code about “female nature” and basically conclude that no woman should be trusted, but here’s how to sleep with them.


It’s a movement with misogynistic undertones.


It’s advice on how to date and seduce women without committing to them or marrying them.


So, in other words, using women for sex.


One of their top “patriarchs” wrote a book: The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi.


If you read that, you’ll pretty much get a good overall understanding of the “Red Pill” perspective on women and on life.


The “Red Pill” movement is one of the reasons why so many women can’t find men who want to commit.


Because “Red Pill” philosophy teaches that woman aren’t loyal and they will cheat on you if the opportunity arises, no matter how good their track record seems.


So, this philosophy scares men away from trust and commitment — which are important foundations for a successful relationship.


I don’t subscribe to Red Pill ideology, as I believe that it destabilizes society and makes meaningful relationships between men and women impossible.


I’ve done my research and I say that the ONE thing that is “good” from their ideology is their emphasis on self-improvement.


BUT, there are plenty of healthy alternatives that also focus on self-improvement, without the misogynistic undertones and harmful ideologies of the “Red Pill” community.

There was a documentary in 2016 called The Red Pill which addressed which investigated some of the inequalities men face in western society. They addressed specific doubled standards that put men at a disadvantage in certain circumstances. The idea of the documentary was to expose those truths so that women would understand the inequality in modern society. But rather than understand the content of the film and investigate the truth behind the investigation performed by a woman, Feminists labeled men that understand those inequalites as woman haters and tried to use red pilled as a derogatory term because they were too dumb to understand the title's meaning, the films purpose, and the content of the film. Those feminists claimed to be fighting for gender equality, but instead when confronted with inequality, tried to smear men that were aware of legal inequalities as misogynists. There's a lot of dumb women out there that will just run with a wrong idea as part of a fad rather than to think for themselves.

Someone might say they are "red pilled" or "based" in reality and aware of what is happening around them. Thus, they trust no one and have learned to investigate everything. Someone may make a claim about something specific and they'll ask for "sauce" (evidence), because once someone provides reliable evidence on a claim, now we're cooking... So much bullshit is fed to the average person every day, they don't learn to analyze information and seek out the truth... There is just a pipe flooding people with so much information that they blindly accept most of it. People that are red pilled or based don't want to eat the bowls of shit anymore. Many people just accept the brainwash to feel normal. They aren't willing to go against the gain and speak the truth to power. Those people are often refereed to as "NPCs" or (Non-Player Characters) because they've been fed a script and just walk around repeating it without ever actually investigating if it is real.

In order to be "blue pilled" you have to be smart enough to see the truth when it is presented to you, and refuse to know because you want to fit in. There are people like that. For example there are medical doctors all over the world who blindly administered experimental COVID-19 vaccines which damaged many of their patients. When it was happening they were so caught up in the propaganda that they didn't question the possibility that they could be harming their patients, even though they had the knowledge through their education. When other's in the medical community questioned them and presented concerns and research to back their positions, the "blue pilled" doctors called their colleagues conspiracy theorists... They wanted to fit in with narrative and keep their job, so they followed the company line and collected the vaccine administration fees to pad their pocket to their patient's detriment. Even after they had injured many people, they refused to admit it and still regurgitate that something had to be done, it was a pandemic. Blue pilled people are corrupt. They know better, but they do it anyway like Cipher from the Matrix...

Not exactly. It's true that there are a lot of go along to get along people in the medical field. Many are heavily invested in their careers and often are burdened by student loan debt for many years so they have to do what they are told until they clear their debts. That said, I've met plenty that speak their mind and even ones that flat out say they don't trust anything the government tells them to do, they've seen too much... You see that more often when people own a private practice than say in a hospital setting.

A lot of pick up artists are Red Pill. There’s a lot of overlap. The main difference is that pick up artists actively try to hone the skill of pick up, whereas Red Pill is more about the philosophy and mentality.

Someone can have a Red Pill mentality, but not be a pick up artist.

Also, someone may be a pick up artist, and not have a Red Pill Mentality.

But, often times the 2 overlap together.

Hmm. Black Pillers are the same guys that think only looks matter and the reason why they can’t get girls are because they don’t have the looks. Everything is about looks. I suppose if an insecure Black Piller with no confidence just to happens to look very handsome, perhaps they might be able to pick up some women with looks alone.

But, both pick up artists and Red Pillers believe that social skills and “game” is important.

Black Pillers think that those things are irrelevant and it’s only looks that matter when it comes to success with women.

Most Black Pillers become Black Pillers due to their zero success with women or extremely poor success with women. (Which, makes sense because there’s zero focus on charisma and personality. They blame everything on being too ugly to date.)

The redpill thing was designed to use men's common frustrations with women to manipulate them into shifting to the right. Those who are redpill are thus much more likely to be right wing but it doesn't really have anything to do with who uses the term.

And yes, while redpill was coined exclusively for grievances with women, the right in general does hold to a cultish "only I know know the truth" mentality.
