When you blow your nose, do you honk?

I do. When I'm clearing my nose, I usually blow a couple of times. Then, on the last one, I squeeze my nostrils to make the air come out more forcefully and clear everything out of the front of my nostrils. It causes them to vibrate and make a honking sound.

My wife asked me why men honk when they blow their nose.
Do they?
Do any women honk?
