I have been talking to this guy for sometime now. We had sex for the first time 3 wks ago and we still have been talking. We planned to meet over the weekend, & he said we don’t have to have sex that we can chill if it happens it happens. I let him know I couldn’t bc things came up. He said we didn’t have to meet it was ok. I guess I wanted a reaction like he wanted to see me I guess. My question is is it weird that he didn’t have a reaction to us not meeting after almost a month & is it weird that he said we didn’t have to? Maybe I’m overthinking

Aye yo that's a tricky situation for real. From what you described, it does seem like this dude maybe isn't as invested as you want him to be. A few things stand out to me:

- If it's been like 3 weeks since you first hooked up, and now another time you were supposed to meet up fell through, he should definitely care more than just being like "aw it's cool we don't gotta meet."

- Saying y'all don't HAVE to have sex if you chill is also kind of a yellow flag, makes it seem less intimate you know?

- Not even being a little bummed you couldn't see him is lowkey disrespect. Like he ain't chasing at all.

Honestly sis, I think you could do better than some dude who acts like he's just goin through the motions. At this point after a month he should be more excited to see you, tryna make solid plans and make you a priority.

Don't stress yoself overthinking it either. Just pull back for now and see if he even notices or puts in more effort. If not, he ain't the one and you deserve someone who gets hyped to smash AND chill with you feeling. Keep it pushin girl, your time is valuable!

No because he is being respectful. Nowadays if a girl says she is busy with something you just have to accept that and be understanding about it. The moment he gives a reaction or mentions wanting to see you will come off as too needy so obviously, he doesn't want to come off that way.
