According to some people if a guy sits with their legs crossed like a girl, they are less manly or gay but others will disagree.
What is the actual truth?

I don't even know how that is possible with a man's bone structure and typical muscle mass. Even if you stick your hand in your pants and lift your nut sack so that it doesn't get crushed, when your legs get somewhat close to kind of being crossed like a women it feels like your balls are going to get ripped off. So if you see a guy sitting like that, I'd assume either he's really a woman dressed in man's clothing or he's been castrated. A guy can put his ankle on his knee or cross his ankles comfortably at the feet but crossing thighs isn't really a thing with a male bone structure and testicles. Even without testicles you'd probably fuck up your hip joints leading to sciatica
Any guy would know what he's pitching is bullshit just from basic experience. Any woman with any anatomy education would also know that. Male pelvic anatomy packs a lot stuff into a very small area in the groin. Thus hip adduction puts a lot of stress on a lot of things which doesnβt feel too pleasant. Adductor strain and injury is very common in top level athletes and leads to groin, medial leg, and lower back pain. Itβs not fun stuff. When you strain that area or injure it, you get shut down for a while. It really puts a damper on life. That spinal, joint, groin pain is some of the worst type of pain you can experience. Thus why when you test range of motion of the adductor youβre going to lift one leg to create a little room and relieve some of that tension.
My point is that it's not an easy natural movement based on male pelvic anatomy, thus why you see even elite level athletes with hip adductor strains and injuries. Even with professional levels of athleticism and consistent training for range of motion, very low body fat, etc. you still face the same problems. It's an anatomical problem based pelvic architecture. Women's pelvis are designed differently to allow for childbirth making the action more effortless and they have a different reproductive anatomy which doesn't conflict with the motion.
But even so, if women cross their legs for long periods of time on a regular basis with their weight shifted to one side and their hips in a torqued position, it leads to rotation of the pelvic bones which places unnecessary strain of the spine which can lead to lower, middle back, and neck pain being that the pelvis is the foundation of the spine and responsible for overall stability. In time this can lead to pinched nerves, disk injuries, hip joint injuries, etc. It's bad for everyone, but much worse for men. It's not an easy movement and it's not good for overall health.
Sounds like you're doing it wrong.
Yes, it makes them look less manly.
Although I have seen male celebrities for many years sit with their legs almost crossed, but the bottom half of his leg has that uppityness to it that let's you know they are someone important.
I noticed when men are on talk shows or sitting down for an interview or something, they all sit with part of their knee a certain way so their Leg kinda sticks out in front of them.
Hard to explain.
I don't think so. Guys are only gay if they're only attracted to other men. But how a person sits shouldn't matter.

The truth is that homosexuality is a matter of neural wiring and epigenetics; your physical position has nothing to do with it.
And if your manliness can be affected by moving your legs, you don't have any.
My husband tends to do this at times... I can assure you 100% that he is most certainly Not Gay or less manly.
I can vouch for that! I used to do it a lot and I've never been interested in fucking a guy. Only picayune children with dirty minds and homophobes or other people of low intelligence come up with stupid ideas like that.
No, that's stupid. I just saw 5 guys do it on t. v. yesterday and not a single one is gay and it's a very good chance that all 5 are married.
Sham marriages? I can't forget how Kevin Spacey so ecstatic says in American Beauty to his unknown gay neighbour military man that his wife and him "our marriage is a sham" unquote one liner. Spoiler alert 1999 πΏπ₯ movie
πͺποΈ who'd have thought it aye eh, an alpha male character aka his ex military neighbour was gay yet he had a wife and son. Ironically in the film there are other side two openly gay neighbour partners next door white picket fence. Decent movie π₯
@itsclearlynicholas Yeah, right! Because they crossed their legs! Get real!! I used to cross mine like that all the time I'm not the LEAST bit interested in guys, sexually!
it means nothing except to those looking to invent their own meaning into things for their own purposes.
Never heard this.
its a pose. it literally means fuck all
Personally, I'd say. 👍
I sit however it feels comfortable for me.
That's effeminate and weak body language.
And also, per the questioner asking, also... dot dot dot? ππ¬π«’
Or not? Lol π
Maybe just less endowed and able to sit that way.
