When guys can fully cross their legs, does that mean they have a little dick and balls or do you generally sit with your legs open because you wanna look big and wide to attract the female?

because you seem to be royally stupid: most guys CANNOT sit like this ^ This would hurt our nuts and would be annoying for our dick, so if someone sits like this they just either really like the position or it doesn't annoy them, or they possibly have small baggage. this position causes no pain whatsoever, and implies nothing. actually, the majority of these positions imply nothing. get your conspiracy theories and stuff them up your coochie coo

Depends on where he is crossing his legs. a bit further down and we're fine.

That said the reason men SHOULD NOT sit like this (we can, regardless of size) is that it is bad for our privates and sperm. Basically men who naturally sit like that should be less common because their chance to impregnate a girl are smaller.

The bits down there can be a factor, but usually everything moves well enough to not get in the way. There are positions where I can't cross my legs, but it's usually just that a shifting is needed.
