Bothering cops on duty verses off duty. Does he realize that off duty theh don’t have to put up with his garbage?

I don’t agree. America has put cops on such huge pedestals to the point where many cops feel like they can’t be themselves off duty and I’m sure that cop in that situation feels pressured to stay professional in this situation because many Americans are waiting for cops to be caught up in a situation that can create a downfall to themselves. Off duty cops should ambush that creep. I'd like to hear him screaming like a little girl while they bust him and his precious phone up. Then he could try to report it to the police. That would be ironic.
