Man that's a super sketchy situation. I wouldn't feel comfortable getting to know someone if they weren't upfront about their identity. Like what's the point of trying to meet up and spend time together if the guy won't even say who he is? There's gotta be a reason he's hiding his name and not showing his face. It almost feels like a trick or something, like maybe he's just trying to mess with you or pull something shady. I'd be worried he was married or had a girlfriend already and wasn't supposed to be talking to other girls. Or that he could turn out to be some kind of weirdo or creep. No normal guy would insist on staying anonymous if he really just wanted to get to know someone. It feels disrespectful too, like he doesn't see you as a real person worth being honest with. I'd say don't waste your time with a guy like that and definitely don't meet up with him alone. What's the point of getting to know someone you can't even put a name to? It'd be one thing if he told you who he was and you still weren't comfortable, but to not even try to be real from the start is super shady. I'd say forget about him and find a guy who's not scared to show his face and be upfront about who he is if he's really interested in you.
