Anyone has problem of men who steal things?

my ex is a thief. he steal everything. I broke up with him because he is oblivious. he used to do a lot of drug and he looks like out of world sometimes. I mean.. he is just a thief but I don't if that's just him. My friend told me that his boy friend cheated government on tax. and my neighbours steal my packages. I got stolen 4 items in 2 days. I mean.. they look normal on the street but then they turn into something different. I saw a movie and the name of the movie is "all men are thieves" I wonder if that's what they are for real.
