So my boyfriend came home from the gym and said the girl we live next to works next to the gym. He said I quote “you’re not gonna wanna hear this and that she was taking the trash out and that there was a bin at her work but she went out of her way to take the trash to the gym bin and walk next to him very closely” he said “she’s weird” I don’t know what to make of all this cause I questioned him and said how do you know she works next to the gym and how long would you have to be standing there to watch her take the trash out and for her to walk past you like lol I don't know is he lying and flirting back with her lmk?

Sounds like he's trying to engage your jealousy or insecurity possibly. I'd guess he's older than you? Though I supose he might just be boasting about how this other girl is going out her way to see him (and hoping maybe that will make you think you have a popular with the girls guy).

I think that he was trying to flirt back just because he is being incredibly defensive. I wouldn't care so much at this moment but I would sure watch out.
