Does he have a crush on me and avoid me purposely?

About two and a half weeks ago, I liked this guy's Instagram post. After that, he followed me on Instagram and I followed him back. After we followed each other, he liked two of my Instagram posts (one of me and one of a beach photo dump). When I posted an Instagram story, he would view it within reasonable time and like it. This happened with each story I posted (a quote about sunsets/mountains, a picture of the food I was eating, and a quote about being kind and staying pure, to which he liked and replied "❤️‍🩹") I'm not sure what the heart was supposed to mean or if it was a conversation starter, but I just liked his message and left it at that. He also went back and liked the third Instagram post I have up. I also noticed that when I liked this Snoopy Instagram reel, he posted it on his Instagram story about a day or so later (literally the same post from the same account). I was like hm, maybe we both like Snoopy or he saw I liked it since we follow each other. I liked his story of that Snoopy reel and two hours later he reposted on his Instagram story a Snoopy picture from another account where Snoopy was shrugging and grinning. I was like is this direct? This time, I didn't like it. About a day or so, he posts another Snoopy reel I liked again from the same account as the first time. I didn't like it, but I went to the account because I could've sworn I liked it only a few days before and noticed he started following it (he wasn't at all before). When I posted like 2 or 3 days ago, I noticed he didn't view it. It was almost a day and nothing. I posted another picture and he still never viewed it. Today, I noticed he posted a couple of Instagram stories and he posted a Snoopy reel again but I did like another one of his Instagram stories, but I don't think he viewed my current story. I don't get it, did he like me and think I don't like him? I feel like he's purposely avoiding my stories or muted me. I also checked, and he still follows me.

You need to stop guessing here and start understanding why your obsessing about this guys online posting / liking patterns.

Work out why you care to know if he has a crush on you..

If your interested to know because you might be crushing on talk/message/speak to him more.
If your interested because your finding the perceive pattern concerning... honestly forget it. There are so many bots, AI's and just content repeaters online now half the internet is just some bot or AI copying other content to their own feeds. So, basically it tells you nothing. Even if the guy does like you, and is repeating your content hoping you notice, his work is done, you noticed, so again now its do YOU like him. If you don't like him, why did you notice?

The point is I do have a small crush on this guy. I was just trying to understand whether or not there was something there on his end because many guys like and interact with my social media. It's hard to tell sometimes.

It's really impossible. You have to take a risk.

If it helps, you can rule out the guy thinking your not likable, because generally he wouldn't bother with your social media stuff at all if he disliked you. Whatever level above that he is going to like you will be shaped by cluing him into how much you like him, if its not too serious a crush just relax be friends with him and kinda assume he can like you (until clear evidence he doesn't like you having given him a bit of a clue you have a crush but he doesn't really bother to spend time chatting with you etc).
