I decided to tackle this question as best I can.

I’m sure it has to do with sexual dimorphism in humans. Men look strong and virile. Women look lush, tender and fecund. I’ve read that men are instinctively drawn to women’s breasts, wide hips and healthy feminine fat because those are signs that a woman is capable of bearing and nurturing healthy offspring. It has to do with perpetuation of the species.

Women are, on average, 5” shorter than men but obviously the height difference between some men and women can be much greater.
They don’t develop facial or (much) body hair. And they are incapable of developing the same muscle mass as men. So women would look child-like compared to men if, at puberty, they didn’t develop breasts, hips, and the healthy fat that defines a woman’s figure and clearly indicates that she is physically mature.

Many women’s voices are even child-like compared to men’s, and men also find that attractive.

Cuteness activates brain networks associated with emotion and pleasure and triggers empathy, compassion and a protective instinct. That’s why people love babies. The same big eyes, short chins, soft, round cheeks, simple facial features and smooth skin that people universally find adorable in babies are also valued feminine features. So maybe men are subconsciously motivated by similar features in women. Think about the way a woman’s eyes open wide and look big when she looks up at a man. It can melt a man’s heart.
Not that most men are attracted by women with baby faces. But many women do have features that are associated with cuteness and freshness. Men, on the other hand, have facial hair and more angular features. It’s interesting that men and women are attracted to each other’s differences.

The combination of full lips with their facial features, as well as their size, physical architecture, subcutaneous fat, less muscle mass, and delicate hands and feet, makes women very attractive to men and probably triggers the same responses that people have toward babies. I know this sounds weird. Women are mature adults, not babies or children. I’m just talking about the psychological attraction that men have toward cuteness.

Regarding their bodies, a woman’s upper torso is diminutive. It is given dimension by her breasts – completely soft, round, uniquely feminine appendages that project into space. Their lower halves are stout in comparison, with flaring hips, round bottoms, and sturdy little legs. Regardless of a woman’s overall stature, her hips are proportional to a man’s, and she is capable of taking an energetic pounding from a man who is much larger and stronger than herself.

Due to their narrow waists, women are curvy. Their boobs and butts are soft, squishy, bouncy, jiggly, and irresistibly squeezable.
Caressing, squeezing, and mashing boobs, and licking and sucking the protruding, Gummy Bear textured nipples that are on the pointed tips of a woman’s smooth, infinitely soft breasts, is a particularly enjoyable recreation. It’s particularly enjoyable when a woman’s breasts and nipples are sensitive and erogenous.
Sinking fingers into other plush parts of women’s squishy bodies is super enjoyable, too. Women are warm, soft and squeezable. And they are jiggly.

A woman’s waist, between her rips and hip bone, is like a handle. It’s the narrowest part of her body and it’s soft. A man can put his hand or arm around that spot and hold her.

The architecture of women’s wide-set thighs is charming. The top most part of a woman’s inner thighs where, at their widest spot, they suddenly curve outward to frame her vulva, is enchanting. And it’s tender.

Lastly I’ll mention the vulva, the most uniquely feminine feature. It differentiates men from women like yin and yang. The gap, the “absence” between between a woman’s legs, and the plump, cleft mound instead of penis and balls, set women totally apart from men. It’s adorable and conjures fantasies of what is concealed within.

The snug-fitting, juicy, responsive, self-lubricating, entrance to the depths of her warm inner core is heaven. Men and women are custom designed to be plug and socket and to experience ultimate pleasure from the union.

It's the opposite of ours. Soft, warm, curvy in the best places. WAY better to look at - men are far more visually wired than women in that way.

Think about what men like to see a woman wearing for her to be "sexy". It's her underwear. Nothing else.

Compare with what women describe as a "sexy" outfit for men" the formal Three Piece Suit. Layer after layer of heavy cloth covering every millimetre of his body. I wouldn't be surprised if you went nuts if he added a balaclava, ski goggles and a surgical mask.

For the same reasons why women like the male body so much. Evolution. We beings are alive due to the fact that we keep reproducing. Our species would die out in roughly 100 years if we didn't do so. Nature knows this, so it has made men and women extremely attracted to one another so that we don't go extinct.

It therefore makes sense that men are attracted to the features in women which signal youthfulness, and thus fertility. Their chances of reproductive success are much higher than they would be should they pair with someone older—and therefore less fertile.

Hard to tell ya. You may yet grow up liking male bodies and you can't explain why. Probably. Or liking female bodies. Or hating humans in general. It's an attraction you may or may not develop. The question is: how do you feel?
