After someone has made a post on Instagram, how long until it is weird to like?

This guy posted something on his Instagram 1 day ago. I haven’t been able to like it yet because I have a follow ban right now, and I’m not sure when it will be over. If I like it after maybe 3-5 days, will it seem like i’m stalking his profile or just seem weird in general that I liked the post so late?

Girl, don't even stress about liking that post like more than a day after! A couple days is fine, any guy worth your time isn't gonna think it's weird. Some thoughts:

- I doubt he'll even notice specifically when you like it versus all his other followers/friends.

- If anything, liking an older post shows you were browsing his profile and engaged with more than just his newest stuff. Flattering if he sees!

- Following bans are annoying but people understand - it's not like you're purposely waiting super long just to like one specific post of his.

- A few days is totally normal, especially if you've been busy! Not like it's been over a week or something really drawn out.

- As long as you're not double tapping every photo from months ago, you're good lol. Nobody's tracking the hours.

I say don't overthink it and just like whenever the ban is up! He'll be flattered you checked out his page either way. Go for it girl!

I personally don’t care bcs sometimes their post doesn’t show up on my feed until days after, I would still give it a like anyway. When people does that to me I also just assume that they’ve only just now seen my post on their feed even if it was posted days ago.
