He made it clear he doesn’t like her in a romantic way.
Why would a guy be possessive over his best friend girl but he’s not dating her? Sometimes he act like she’s his girlfriend?

Protective is a better word to use, and honestly I think it’s kinda normal. He’s watching out for you because he cares about your well being and to make sure no one is messing with you outside of his friend.
Wait I reread what you said. “Best friend girl”, I thought you were saying that he is your boyfriend’s (aka his best friend) friend. But if he is YOUR best friend, then what would you say he’s doing that’s possessive?
Why do you even talk to this person? He is controlling, not possessive. He doesn’t want anyone to have sex with you before he gets a chance, which to me is disgusting.
There could be various reasons for this behavior. He might have feelings for her but hasn't expressed them, feeling a sense of ownership over her friendship, or he could be overprotective due to insecurities or past experiences

He may see her as a close confidant or family-like figure, leading him to act in ways that resemble a romantic partner.
So a fuck buddy or "friends with benefits" It goes no where... only sex. Mostly. It's toxic. Feelings get involved by mostly the girl. Not should be anything you get into

I thought it was possessive he said I’m his but he’s not my boyfriend. He wants me to wear certain clothes that he thinks are sexy.

I talked to him because I thought we're friends until I realize it was wrong

He said he likes me but only want to be friends and he wants sex also
Is that what you want?
No because I believe he only want sex but he claims he wants a friendship

I know
He said he okay with dating me and being actual relationship. I think he’s lying.
Well which one is it. You went from he just wants to be friends to dating. Just don't give him sex and see what he does
He begs for the sex
He still tells me we are having sex soon
Yuck stay away. He's pressuring you. Red flag
I know it’s time for me to move on. Thanks!
He's full of shit
