Why did my coworker make fun of my outfit and speculate I wear makeup for him 😭?

Since October and we get along well. Other than pointing out I own a lot of stuff with hearts and red when it was around valentines (we can pretty well
Wear what we want) he’s never said anything about what I wear; whether complimenting me or teasing me. He teases me a lot, but it’s a small group of us and we all tease each other so I never looked too into it. Anyways I’m wearing a blue tracksuit, and he was saying I look like a teletubby. He was also saying he couldn’t believe i was wearing long sleeve in this weather (it’s thin) anyways I just said he was a hater and laughed it off. I was putting on mascara a couple minutes later and he said it was Nice of me to wear makeup for him 💀 I’ve worn makeup the whole time he’s been there, so I just don’t understand where that came from. Also, he’s married. He’s never been inappropriate with me or anything, but I’m just taken aback him acting like this cause it was definitely flirty
