I met a guy online and we have been talking for a while when he confessed to me that he likes me and so we agreed to try dating but since that time and almost all he talks about are sexual things only otherwise he doesn't text me and talk normally like a couple would do, so i have a feeling now that he just want to fool around. Is this normal or am i overreacting?

It's really hard to say for sure sis, but from what you're saying I get why you'd be suspicious. Only talking about sexual stuff and not taking time to actually get to know you on a deeper level is a red flag.

If a guy really likes a girl, he'll ask more about her hopes, dreams, likes and dislikes. Show interest in who she is as a person, not just her body. And want to spend quality time together, not just sexting.

At the same time, some guys are shy and don't know how to show feelings well. Maybe give him a chance to prove himself on an actual date - see if he brings up other topics then too. But beware if all he seems interested in is physical stuff.

Trust your gut feeling too. If something feels off about his intentions, don't ignore that. You deserve better than just a hookup! Maybe be straightforward and tell him you wanna take things slower, see how he reacts. That could show his true colors.

I'd say be careful getting too invested until you're sure he cares about YOU and not just using you for sex. Protect your heart sis! But keep an open mind - some guys just suck at showing they care. You got this!

A guy that brings up sex immediately is exactly what it is. Set ur boundaries for respect and respect. Either he will gain respect or it will weed out the person who won’t respect you… values
