For real? I know you are technically still a teen but come on. Do you nuzzle and hug people you don't have feelings for? This honestly should be a no brainer... maybe that's what's going on here. Obviously someone that is getting physical in any sort of intimate way has feelings for you. I think you already know this though. Is this some random guy that cozied up to you at the local Starbucks? If that's the case then he is a perv and go ahead and call the police. If this is your boyfriend that is doing it then I'm not sure why such a question popped in your head as if you can't figure this out.
