Is it really that great to be taller guy?

I'm like only 5'7 and I hear it's pretty amazing to be tall, I figured I'd ask because I'm just not lucky enough to be one of the many tall people I work around that are usually around 5'10 to 6' or more. But I do bet the feeling must be really nice. I usually hear it makes you a lot more employable

5’10” isn’t tall, neither is 6’0”. Tall is like 6’3” in fact I’m a girl who’s 5’9” and I’m taller than half the men I know encounter and 99% of women. Being tall does have it’s benefits but for the most part it’s eh.

It's not all it's made out to be, I, can tell you that. For one thing, you'll won't sneak up on anyone, because you stick out in a group. If you ever have to work a blue collar type job, they'll load you up with the most work to do, because you look like you're stronger and more capable of doing it.

People will also want to start shit with you, too, because everyone wants to try to take down the big guy. 6'3", 210

@Billlewis you raise a good point with being loaded with more work to do, but to be honest I a person at 5'7 would have to work harder to do things that are simply easier for a 6ft person to do, especially with reaching things that are higher up, and sometimes even taller guys can be even stronger than shorter guys because they have the capability to store more power so I'm sure that most bosses would also factor this in and think why not just have the taller people handle the things that aren't as easy for the shorter guys

I'm 5'7 and life is already great. I wouldn't change anything. I know a guy that is over 6ft and he is unhappy. Women aren't interested in him either if that is what you're concern is.

What really matters is your ability to build attraction, self respect, personality and being comfortable in yourself.

You can reach stuff from higher shelves, but you hit your head more often and some vehicles are uncomfortable to sit it.

I know, right? And whenever you walk, into a store, resu, etc, and there are cops there, you'll get eyeballed from one end to the other, because they figure that if something gets out of hand, you'll probably be the guy who starts it,
