Whoa dude, saying he wants you to be the mother of his kids is a pretty huge deal! Most guys wouldn't just casually throw that out there if they didn't mean it.

Some things to consider though:

- How long have you been dating? That's usually something you only say when you're really serious and committed to someone long-term.

- Have you two talked much about your future together? Wanting the same things like marriage, family, etc. is important.

- Is his actions matching up to his words? Like is he actively trying to build a life with you, not just talking about someday way in the future?

- Trust your gut - if you don't fully feel it yet, don't force it. But it does sound like he really cares about you.

Chances are if he's picturing creating a family, he's definitely fallen for you hard. I'd say that's a pretty good sign he's really into you! Just make sure you're both on the same page about what you want long run. Enjoy it though - pretty cool thing for a guy to say!

Possibly but not always, really. Any man could want to impregnate a woman but not actually love the woman herself. It's a fetish in some circles and he might not marry you. Unless you're married, prepare for single motherhood or to carry a baby until birth to adoption.
