How can I get over a crush I've had for almost a year?

Ok there is a guy that I work with that I've been crushing on for the longest (sure its almost a year). When I first seen him I could not look away he was so handsome. This happens to me all the time I see a guy I crush on him but shortly lose interest. With this guy I haven't lost interest yet. I've spoken to him before and it does look like he may be into me too but no matter what I'm always nervous around him. It's impossible to hide and I'm 1,000% sure he knows I like him because of it. I have found other men to crush on but this guy still makes the top of the list. I've never had a crush last this long.

You can literally just say "you're cute" and not another word, next time you see him. and it will either get him to ask you out, or cause him to avoid you. Win-win.
