I unfollowed my work crush today and removed him as a follower because he left me on read since Tuesday and i am not sure if it was a good move or not. He followed me first so i don't know
+1 ySeems like an overreaction. Life is very busy. Also, you are incredibly attractive. It's hard to see a guy saying no to you or ignoring you for any reason other than something serious.
Also, due to things like #MeToo, guys are scared to death to make a move on a girl they work with. You probably need to make the first move if you want this to happen. He is probably afraid you'll report him to human resources if he approaches you.
So, to sum up, just go ask him out in person. Be bold. He will almost certainly say yes unless he's already in a relationship.

He isn't in a relationship

He said it himself also i already confessed how i felt but he left me on read when I said if you don't feel the same then i understand
- +1 y
Well with these added facts I think you did the right thing. Just be polite to him at work from now on and don't make any moves at all.
- +1 y
He must be gay.

+1 yI think that having the "I don't need you in my life" mentality is important when it comes to dating, its the mentality that when things like this happen, it makes it easy to throw them away, mostly when things aren't serious yet, if it gets to the point where you eventually feel like you need them it's cause they are a good person.

Goes for anyone that's serious in relationships
- +1 y
Some people do this and feel at peace about it, so if it makes you feel better is what matters and no regrets since you already did it. Others do it because they feel upset and rejected. But Tbf when a guy does this to me when we barely know each other just because I havenāt respond⦠it feels petty, impatient, or overdoing it being on the other end.

+1 yYou did absolutely the right thing! I wish I had your clarity of thought when dealing with my crushes. You shouldn't feel like you're the one investing the most in a relationship. If you do, maybe it's time to stop. I say: fuck his intentions! REPLYING TO PEOPLE is basic human decency nowadays; there's no excuse for that.

Here's a verified version of your text:
GAG sucks most of the time, lol
I just want you to know that you don't need his nonsense! Engaging with his unavailability will only hurt you in the long run. It's better to cut this sort of thing short.

+1 yi probably would have given him until the weekend but yeah its seeming like this might be a soft rejection.
even if its not though i'd still try to move on. go after someone who doesn't have to think so long about wanting to be with you instead.
13 Reply- +1 y
Then he shouldn't have followed me in the first place in both Facebook and Instagram
- +1 y
it might've just been a 'she's hot' *clicks follow button* thing but doesn't actually want anything serious. i dunno. i'd just move on

+1 yHonestly the nature of the question is a bit immature and if you plan on having any mature relationships, open and honest communication is key. In other words, talking in person or calling them to find out where their mind is at.
But if you feel there isn't enough reciprocation, then by all means go ahead and cut communication with them.10 Reply - 1.9K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic.
+1 yItās fine. He obviously isnāt that into you if he left you on read. But unfollowing him isnāt gonna make him any more into you.

Also he still didn't follow any other woman and young girl from work... Lol he is weird
- +1 y
Weird. Maybe he really is that shy. But I would have zero patience for some guy who left me on read.
- +1 y
Me too tbh and he read the same message so many times LMAO
- +1 y
Hahaha!
+1 yI would at least ask why he did it before making any decision...

+1 yIt might look a little bit odd from his perspective, but I don't think it'll create any tension. It might be a good idea to do just for your own peace of mind.
Do you think unfollowing him will give you peace of mind?
10 Reply 1.4K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. It's fine, he should have answered by now. Maybe he's afraid of getting fired or something. Don't fool around with your coworkers, they call that "shitting where you eat" over here. When a workplace romance goes South, you still have to see them.

+1 yYour crush canāt make a decision, it will hurt but itās better you move on.
If heās like this right now imagine if you were in a relationship with him and he canāt make up his mind.11 Reply- +1 y
I see people here say itās overreaction but in reality itās your instragram profile you do what you want. I personally just ignore the person this situation like this and leave it be. But everyone is different
+1 yAbsolutely a good move. We don't invest in people that don't invest back in us. ā¤ļø

10 Reply 2.2K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. This is why texting is so toxic. You have absolutely no idea what happened and you just made assumptions and acted on them without a good reason.
