What does it mean when a guy says that he refuses to *finish* until the girl has at least 3 times?

In which context? I mean, it could be anything and your best option would actually to ask those men what they mean when they talk in riddles and sentences that really make no sense to me.

Men tend to be a little odd at times and think that women understand what is going in their mind. When people talk like that to me, I simply tell them to speak in clear language so that I don't need to take out an encyclopedia to try to decipher their message.

Simply ignore them until they have the decency to tell you in words that make sense. It is not up to you to try to understand what they want to express is they cannot make sense with their gibberish.
