I met a japanese guy online and he is 6 years younger than me he's in his early 20's, suddenly few weeks ago he started to text me like literally everyday in the morning and in evening good morning and goodnight and he would ask me always how i have been that keeps happening literally everyday although i don't ever text him or talk a lot with him i almost ignored his messages but he kept on texting me and now suddenly started to ask me "am i a good boy" 😅😅 "am i handsome boy" and its soooo strange to me now, i wanna know is this normal for japanese guys or is he trying to flirt with me 😅

Sounds like a weird version of flirting? Kinda gives me the ick but you do you. I will say that Japanese dating culture, at least from what I've seen/read can be a little different from western dating culture, including how they think about non-Japanese people, and you might want to read up a bit if you plan to get involved.

All I've heard is some of them are weird, some are shy. But I've had very limited contact with them. I've only met a handful and we didn't talk much because of the time difference.
