It depends. Some is physical, a lot is psychological. But yeah, sometimes recreational ED meds are great fun, like being a teenager, and can offset other things (being baked, whiskey dick…) but they don’t help you cum or increase your load. Natural supplements are best.

It’s probably the same as “Hims” but I haven’t needed it yet so I haven’t tried it, if you don’t need it and use ED products it keeps you hard for hours so some healthy guys use it for that, maybe for multiple women in one night
