because women objectively have it easier in life overall than men despite whatever struggles they have

just like rich people have struggles too but not comparable to poor people

why wouldn't anyone wanna be the gender that can do no wrong?

instead of being the gender that has to live up to unrealistic expectations?

instead of being the gender that is completely disposable?

instead of being the gender that is only loved for what they can provide and not what they are?

any woman who thinks I'm full of shit should go ahead and recreate the Norah Vincent experiment where she tried to live life as a man. spoiler alert! she committed suicide just from the dating scene alone, forget about going through divorce courts, false rape accusations, selective service, neglect of men's issues etc.

I think it's what's being put in our food and water. SOMETHING, the past 50 - 60 years has been causing hormones to switch gears during the early months of pregnancy so that, in the third month, when the male hormones kick in, if it's supposed to be a boy, the female hormones, instead of going away, like they're supposed to, are still in charge so, you end up with a boy that is wired to BE a girl and rejects his male body because it doesn't jibe with the way his brain is wired. In order to correct the mistake, he'll eventually get a sex change.
You're whatever sex you are right now and you are very used to it and want to stay that way. Tomorrow morning you wake up to discover you've changed sex overnight. You might enjoy it and have fun with it for a while but, you keep waiting to change back because this doesn't match who/what you've been all your life... who/what you're SUPPOSED to be. But, you never change back! Unless you REALLY DIG being the opposite sex, wouldn't YOU want to get a sex change to be the way your brain is wired?
Too many people think trans people are doing this on a whim! Like they're some kind of pervert. Maybe, nowadays, since it's being pushed onto little kids that don't really even want it (and, those doing the pushing are the REAL perverts!!) but, in the REAL trans world, they will NOT let you do it JUST because you want to!! It HAS to be a life or death kinda thing before they'll let you do it! You DON'T just decide one day and get a sex change the next! It takes a couple years before they'll even LET you!

I think it is for 3 reasons:

1. Something must've gone terribly wrong in the household they grew up in to decide this.

2. Militant feminism from the late 1990s into the 2000s basically wanted to teach people that men are bad beings and they should hate themselves, which did impact young men in schools.

3. Women have convinced men that being a woman is a far better option than being a man, particularly about sex and attraction, so you have guys out there who want these 'advantages' and think they can get them by turning into women.

Losers can't hack it as a guy so they take what they think is the easier route but little do they know it isn't the better option. If I was born a man I would never give that up to live life as a slut and never be seen as smart or as good as a man no matter what they do. It goes both ways the grass is always greener on the other side. There are things men and women both deal with that suck bur also have advantages.

Women can go longer and bed and have multiple orgasms. Men don’t have to birth children or suffer periods. There are plenty of women who are jealous of men. Plenty of men jealous of women.

We are all humans at the end of the day. We all have our own struggles. Men and women should respect one another for what we go through. Not try to get into a war with one another.

Not sure if the number of guys wanting to be women really grows. I think one key factor is the pluming of testosterone in guys and it being seen and propagated as a valid option to me it rather seems that media spends time to put trans people into the spot light and making them more prominant.

I'm sure a lot of people will comment about our culture, but I think it's also important to realize how much safer and more available medical care has come in terms of gender transitioning. Someone who may not have transitioned in the past for safety concerns may be more likely to nowadays when considering surgical risks and finding adequate medical care
