What is the meaning behind a guy doing this with a woman?

Okay so there is this guy that is always calling me amazing and super nice to me. When we do text he is texting right away, never makes me wait and for whatever reason if he has a little delay, he apologizes and tells me exactly why for the delay. When he talks to me he holds steady eye contact and sometimes I catch him staring at me. He talks very soft to me also. Now today he seen me and he said wow look at you, you look very nice. He also brings me a coffee once in awhile.

I never see him treat others around us the same way at all ever.

I'm just asking what is behind him doing this or am I just over looking it all.

No he is not treating others like shit. He does not bring others coffee and when he is talking to others he does not compliment them nor change his voice.
