Okay so maybe his definition of love is not restricted to him being sexually attracted to you. He could be showing his love towards you in non-sexual ways as well. It does not mean he is not attracted to you.

If you want to exactly know the reason then only your boyfriend can answer your question.

Did he ask for the picture? If not, and you just sent it to him, he probably thinks he'd prefer a woman with more class. He could have replied "WTF did you send this for?" but I suspect he's more of a gentleman than that.
