Yes and no is most correct. A lot of the hints girls give go completely over our head. Yes body language says a lot but body language has to be calibrated to the person.

A hand gesture to her cleavage might be deliberately intended to draw my attention to her tits or she might customary point her hand to her cleavage when she refers to herself. You do see this even when a girl is talking to another girl.

I think think if you get a lot of different signals there is something. A lot of this will be unconscious on both sides and there are embedded natural flirtatious signals when a girl likes a guy.

For me it’s really a gut feeling, but sometimes I can tell, other times not. If I’m not really feeling it and it comes off as disingenuous ehhhh it’s possible she has a ulterior motive.

Sometimes if she’s trying to show it I can tell, other times she’s not good at hiding it, and sometimes people hide it really well. It’s not always personal it may just be they don’t want to make things weird or awkward.

Guys who are perceptive and can read situations well, or who have good experience with girls, will generally be able to tell if she likes him. Girls are more obvious than actual women though, so it's a lot easier to tell.
