He shall, if he puts effort reading, searching, and learning for these cues and plays along with hints; converses (by actions) in her "language".
Otherwise, I think it is totally easy to get confused from girls signals and actions.
Now if you as a girl still wish to hint / subtly send cues but obvious then I believe the following can (under the idea of her understanding his language and sending what he.. not she.. understands):
1- Initiate: either flirting, texting, a date, or anything.
2- Ask some sensitive questions in a relaxed manner, just as in curious or sharing perspectives and opinions.
[I mean she makes him feels safe and un-judged around her, easing it for him to make a move or approach.. etc]
3- Tell him she likes him [his way of thinking, his style/appearance, the way he talks or presents himself.. etc,, again making it easy for him to reciprocate in turn and express his feelings]
4- Maybe touch him but in a friendly close way.
[For example: At some point of conversation when it is relaxed.. she slowly moves a fingertip from out his hand up to his hand where she is relaxed as if nothing there. Indicating: you're mine, and I certainly feel safe and special enough being vulnerable and close to you. Since you'd never do such things to anyone, either a really close friend or sibling.. or lover].
I say this as I assume you mean to wish your feelings (message) you send is "received". So such actions shall certainly indicate to a guy, you're more than just another average person present in her life.

Yea body language usually indicates a lot on whether a girl likes me or not , I am pretty good at picking up on her body language and the way she looks at me. Some girls’ can be hard to read but that’s rare , I guess because I became more experienced through the years lol when I am dating a girl and I get to know her more , I become a master at picking up her body language to the point she is like how did you know? It usually turns her on even more that I know her so well. I consider myself an observer because for a lot of years part of my job was observing people , I use to work in the a armed Security industry for a lot of years , so it just comes natural to me to observe someone. So it’s usually her eyes that give her away and if she plays with her her, I pretty much know she wants My D lol

Yup. Women's "sly, sophisticated flirting" and indirect communication style ain't that hard to read. But it can be really annoying. On the flip side I've had women get absolutely pissed of at me because I did absolutely nothing. She was blonde, short, great looking, hot pants and a deep V top, sandals with a maybe 3 inch heel, about 25 years younger than me. She eye locked, she came over and sat next to me, she asked me about the wine I was drinking. She kept touching my arm from my shoulder to my wrist. I was giving 3 word responses with a polite smile. I got up to leave and she went off on me. She told me men are clueless and on and on and on. I let her blow off steam and then told her I'm not clueless. But I wasn't interested in starting any sort of relationship with any woman that night. I just didn't have the energy for it. She went from rage to hurt in milliseconds. And out the door I went.

I'm sitting in an upscale wine bar restaurant. I'm solo sitting at the bar. I got into a conversation with the guy next to me about Scotches. A group of 5 girls come in. They had to be early to late 20's. I was in my 50's. The only reason I noticed them was they were all blonde all wearing leather of some sort, skirts, jackets, etc. All wearing at least 4 inch heels and black stockings. All heavy on the makeup. LOL, I think everyone looked at them when they walked in. It was quite a sight. They get a table and I go back to talking about Scotches with this other guy. Suddenly one of these women, tiny, slim, very small breasts, walks up to the bar to my right. I was 2 seats down from the corner so she was standing maybe 8 feet away at the corner. She locks eyes, puts both hands on her breasts and starts feeling herself up. Not a word.
It was hilarious. First the guy 2 guys away from me points to himself. She nods no. The guy I was talking to next to me points to himself. She nods no again. So this guy next to me hits me in the arm. I point to myself. She nods yes. What? Who tries to meet someone in an upscale restaurant like this. I burst out laughing. I wasn't being mean. It wasn't intentional. It was just odd that she chose me, a guy obviously a lot older, and she went about it like that.
She literally turned and ran back to her friends. She was humiliated. Give it about 15 minutes and here they come. The entire group. They stand there and berate me for about 2 minutes before leaving. I just sat there and took it as everyone in the place was already watching the show. I didn't want it to escalate. Also these girls were hot. Every one of them. But they were also very um, awkward. Like they lacked confidence. Something was off. Trying to pull off sophistication but unsure how to do it? Even younger than I thought? I don't know but something was off about them.

Well as a dude that used to date. I have seen women I am interested in to all those things. And have zero romantic interest. When women want you to know they aren't interested it's clear. When they want you to be interested it's never clear. Really hot girls forget it you never know. I mean my girlfriend when I first met her and we hung out I thought she was only interested in women. That's how dense guys can be sometimes.

Mostly, but there are guys with poor self-esteem who can't imagine that any desirable woman would be interested in them. That's sad, because some of those guys would make terrific partners. I was one of those guys. When I was in college I was a math tutor and this very cute flute major would come to work with me. When she came for tutoring she couldn't have gotten any closer without sitting in my lap. How much more obvious could she be? I had such a crush on her. Did I ask her out? No, I couldn't imagine that she liked me that way.
In my experience it is more apparent when girls stop liking you after having liked you. because the change in behavior is more pronounced.
Body language etc has to be calibrated because there is so much variability from person to person. IRL you don't get that calibration and you might think she is just a friendly girl. When she stops being friendly to you, then you have you calibration but it is too late.
If I am typical of most guys then I need to be obvious , additionally I find it very attractive for a woman to be more direct I mean it’s literally a few words , “ we should meet up at the weekend and do something “ . I also take physical touch as a fairly good sign but again I’d much rather the direct verbal approach.
Attention , conversation and “social media “ stalking likes are all just subtly and easily mistaken.

If you're going to use a hint that men have a reasonable chance of picking up on, that hint should involve fireworks, skywriting, and/or a Congressional decree.
If you don't act attracted to a guy then most of the time he's not going to know. Stop with the mysterious bullshit and game playing. If you want a guy to know you're attracted to him, ask him to go somewhere and do something with you, invade his personal space, touch him, tell him you are attracted to him. Show actual signs of attraction.
Guys can tell when a woman is showing interest. But what you need to understand is the majority of women show faux interest. So it's not a matter of whether a man can tell if she's showing interest. It's whether she's showing GENUINE interest, or whether she's just gaming him.

Sometimes is clear and other times I’ll talk to a girl a half a year after I met them and now their with a guy but I’ll get told how much they liked me at first and I didn’t give them attention or anything. I’m not a shy guy, but I could probably be a little more forward with girls. And I really have been the last year or so.
In my case absolutely not. I have been told by SEVENTEEN (not hyperbole) of my female friends that they have flirted with me at one point or another. I'm about as good at subtlety as a straightpiped 2001 Honda Civic at 3am.
An example: I had a friend cuddle up to me at a party and tell me she was cold. I got up, and grabbed blankets, gave her the blankets and then sat three seats away.
