Do guys know early on if a girl likes them?

Generally yes. More or less the same way girls know. In fact, frankly... guys are better at this than girls overall. If you like a guy... he is going to at least suspect that you might like him. It's impossible for you to not show some signs that you like a guy you like. Most guys aren't going to miss those signs. They aren't going to necessarily conclude that you definitely like them. But they will strongly suspect it... and then conclude it once it becomes clearer to them over time.

But if you like a guy and are wondering if he knows? The answer is: yes he does. Or at least he thinks you probably like him. You aren't being as sneaky about it as you think... nobody ever is. 🙂

I can tell right away with most girls, but liking me doesn't always mean they're available

Pretty much, in most cases. When a girl likes you, you can tell from her behaviour. She smiles unreasonably around you and laughs at the stupidest jokes you crack, and acts different from how she would act in your absence. I've experienced many girls put on that 'nice and sweet' demeanor when interacting with you, though there are exceptions.

Almost never. Because girls for some reason believe they can hint to men. That never EVER works. Only thing that works is to be brutally honest and straight
