Do you think this guy likes me?

I met this guy two years ago, and I didn't really know him, but I would often touch his hair because I thought it was really pretty. I’d compliment him and tell him how nice it was, and he would just say thanks and let me touch it. I used to wear a lot of bracelets up my wrist, and he asked if he could have one, so I gave him one. That was the last time I saw him that year.

A year later, I didn't see him at school and he came back in the middle of the year after being homeschooled, but I never interacted with him, just saw him around. Once, I was in his class, and he made a joke about my name, Tatiana, calling me the Titanic. I didn’t really care because I liked another guy and we were interacting with each other, but I didn’t end up dating him.

A year later (this year), school started back and I saw him again and was immediately drawn to him. I had ran into him while trying to get to my class. I was so flustered, but it wasn’t as awkward because I was with a friend. A week later, I went to my locker with my friend and couldn’t get my lock open and I saw him walk past with my ex, but I didn’t pay much attention because I was focused on opening my lock, but I heard him asking my ex if he dated me. Once I finally got it open and walked back with my friend, I realized I had forgotten my book and had to go back. I literally ran into him again. I didn’t say anything, neither did he and it was really awkward. He’s taller than me, so I could feel him looking down at me, which was embarrassing. Then, at lunch, I saw his friend pointing at me from the line. I turned around so quickly; it was so awkward.

His cousin, texted my friend asking if anyone in my friend group wanted to date him and my friend mentioned my name, since she knew I liked him, and his cousin comes up to me asking if she wants me to get them together, and I was like "It's fine, I'm pretty sure he has a girlfriend" she started asking are you sure and stuff, and I was like yeah, but I want him so bad.
