If he keeps watching my instagram story does it mean abyrhing or am I looking into it a bit to much?

I recently had an awkward one night stabd with an old colleague and it ended in him kicking me out right after, because of this we kind of agreed that we wanted different things and nothing else ever happened.

However, since then, as we have the same friendship group, after a few months had past I added him on instagram as a kind of olive branch to be like ‘we’re still kind of okay’. This was just because when we saw each other for the first time it was a little awkward and I wanted to kind of break the ice, but not be too intebse and thought following him would be a good start.

since then, i have noticed when we do randomly see eachother, he somes stares at me a lot in group settings, but we dont always talk that much beyond the general greeting. It still feels very awkward and because we dont see eachother that often I dont think we will ever go back to how it was prior to the ons.

However I do notice he keeps viewing my stories whenever I post them and is always one of the first people to view it, no matter what time i post. I am probably overthinking this but does this mean anything at all, as given how awkward he is with me in person I thought he would stop interacting with any form of social media we have. Its just something I noticed recently and got me thinking.

From my side, i do have some feelings toward him so, when he does post on social media I do watch it as I want to see what his up to, but i do try to wait a bit until his post has been there for a while.

Guys don't usually watch a girl's Instagram stories religiously like that unless they're still thinking about her on some level. The whole staring at you stuff in group settings too indicates there's definitely something still there for him.

So you think him taking 15 seconds of his day to look at pictures of what you had for dinner Saturday means he's into you? He doesn't care if you wait to look at his story so you don't look 'desperate'. Guys rarely play the social media game, because we don't really gaf about all that. He looks hoping you pop up in a bikini pic one day. That's about as deep as it gets with us.
