Okay,

i've had a crush for a while, he knows who I am, he greets me, we talked about two weeks ago at an event, we saw each other at a party, and saw each other last week too, but we didn't talk much. I told my friends I had a crush on this guy and to make me act on it they encourage me to go talk to him this week (we seet next to each other on fridays and talk a bit) and drop a hint.
Is it too soon? They told me I needed to be forward.
We've only talked once a lot, but he's always friendly with me but again he's friendly with everyone.
I just don't want to come off as weird.

Just be yourself 100% yourself when you talk to him look deep into his eyes so when he listens to you he looks into your eyes and he can feel you and he can feel that you're being honest with him or flirty with him or just whatever but the best way to do it is just be yourself let him see who you truly are from the inside out not from the outside in

you don't have to flirt. just be intimate with him. for example always be around him. always sit close to him. laugh at his jokes. eye contact. if he's not a complete idiot, hell get an idea. just be really comfortable around him
