liberal men are narcissistic because they believe they're better than other men and know what's good for society e. g. dismantling capitalism, shaming masculinity etc. or they rely on the stupidity of feminists to give them a pass to cruise through life e. g. they support sex workers so they can jack off to porn all day

the difference is that the impact of selfish women aren't as apparent as the impact of selfish men or rather society highlights it more. nobody gave a shit about the male loneliness epidemic until economists realized the economy was tanking so men had to be the scapegoat

let's say you have a childless cat lady and a basement dweller and war suddenly breaks out. society won't expect the childless cat lady to fight but they'd expect the basement dweller to go fight and when he doesn't, society will see it as a problem but never hold the childless cat lady to the same standard

even with the rise of narcissistic men, it still pales in comparison to the population of narcissistic women who wanna virtue signal how they're so much morally superior by taking part in social justice causes like BLM, ANTIFA, climate change, Pro-Palestine etc.

I don't know about that. I do know that the number of people who misuse the term 'narcissist' is growing like crazy.

It's not known what causes narcissistic personality disorder. Could be genetic, neurobiology and environmental. I believe in today's world with so much technology, there’s much more of them. A lot of traumatized and damaged people walking around living their day to day life normally; but really this normalcy is a whole facade.

I think it's not that men are becoming moreso as much as it is that certain groups of people THINK they're becoming so, even if they're not!

It's not. It's just a perception because it's talked about a lot more now, especially online, and we have the gender war motivating a lot of people to try to make the opposite sex look as bad as possible.
