Why do young boys go to the bathroom so much during class?

As in more than once. I knew a guy that went twice and the subject we were discussing wasn’t even difficult for the average mind to comprehend. Why must they do this?

Generally you get bored when you're in school all day. You just want to get out of the uncomfortable chair and stretch your legs and walk around a bit. Maybe hit the vending machine and get a snack, go take a leak, and maybe go by other people's classes to signal your friends to get them out of class so you can screw around and have fun and talk. If you smoke, you might go smoke a cigarette or some weed somewhere on campus.

To skip class? I really only ever went to the restroom during class when someone invited me to skip with them or when the lecture was boring enough for me to want to do something else.
